Easy Chili con Carne

What you need:

* 1 (15 oz.) can Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
* 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 2 Tbsp. chili powder
* 1 Tbsp. cumin
* 1 (14.5 oz.) can whole tomatoes, do not drain
* salt and pepper as desired

What to do:

1. Brown beef, garlic, and onion in large saucepan. When meat browns, add beans, tomatoes, chili powder, and cumin. Mix well, mashing tomatoes. Simmer uncovered for 30 min. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
